In keeping with our individual approach to the rehabilitation process, all patients receive a complete set of registration documents at least 60 days before the stay. The completed documents should be returned electronically to biuro@medekpolska.pl.

Submitting these documents is extremely important to us — it allows us to prepare for the therapy in advance and take account of all the child’s needs right from the first session.

A stay is confirmed by paying a deposit of PLN 500 (at least 60 days before the stay begins) to the following account: Centrum Terapii Dynamicznej Paweł Żurawski

Payment title: deposit securing participation in the stay, date – child’s first and last name

The deposit is refundable — it will be returned within 30 days of the end of the stay to the bank account from which it was paid.
